The repertoire in Sketches Includes music for students who are playing at an advanced beginner/intermediate level and can be used with Just Playing IB and or Just Playing 2B or as a supplementary reading book. It would also be helpful for use with other methods, because it is not based totally on finger numbers. The selections make good recital pieces.
It is fun to have students guess why the pieces have their titles.
